Open plan living/dining/kitchen area with breakfast bar, electric hob and oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, crockery etc, dining table and chairs. Comfortably furnished lounge with sofa and flat screen TV (BBC1, BBC2, ITV, C4 and RTE etc) and DVD player.
Price includes bills up to a €50 limit per month. Excess charged to clients. The departure clean is an extra fee paid once being 50€.
