Light and airy lounge with sofa bed, flatscreen TV with some English Channels shown, leading out onto a large balcony with views over the pools and sea with a private awning to supply shade. Kitchen with under counter fridge/freezer, 2 ring hob, microwave and dinig table and chairs. Double bedroom with fitted wardrobe. Bathroom with modern walk-in shower unit, WC and basin. Back utility room attached to the apartment housing the washing machine. On a quiet, secure complex with private gating so mature clients preferred.
