This is a lovely 3 bedroom apartment with private access in the Fariones end of Puerto del Carmen, within a few minutes walk to the main beach and Avenida de las Playas. Is not a pool in the complex, but has a really nice terrace with the best views of Puerto del Carmen. Fully fitted kitchen with 3 ring hob, large fridge/freezer and storage space. Main bedroom with double bed, fitted wardrobes. Second bedroom with twin beds and fitted wardrobes, Third bedroom, the smallest, only with one single bed and small bathroom.
Bills (water and electricity) up to €60 per month included.
Departure clean not included, are €70 once.
