Please note that for rentals of 3 months or more we are unable to pre-book, as availability is subject to contract and 30 day notice period.
To secure a long term rental property you are required to pay a security deposit equal to the monthly rental fee, (this is refundable at the end of your tenancy if the property is in the same condition as when you moved in). We do not charge a finder’s fee.
The 1st month’s rent is payable on the day you sign the tenancy agreement; along with the departure cleaning fee. You are then handed the keys to the property.
